Training Programs

Full Count Fundamentals, LLC offers several training programs tailored to the athlete’s needs.  If you are unsure about the right program, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss in more detail.

Annual Development Program

Our Development Program is a year-round experience for competitive players who strive to be the best.  Our Program offers practice, game play, group and individual fundamental work.  Specific physical training is offered for strength, mobility, flexibility, physical and mental toughness, health and nutrition.  We model and teach hard work, consistency and confidence. The annual program has a Spring, Summer/Fall and Winter schedule.  Each schedule is designed with the baseball season and school year in mind, with a focus on different physical strength and mobility regimens that will help enhance our player’s game.

 

Our athletes are placed in specific groups to focus on strengthening areas that need attention and modifying ineffective routines.  Every six weeks, evaluations are conducted as part of the Development Program and necessary to provide feedback and focus on individual progress.

 

Participants in our Development Program can choose to participate in four to eight games a month.  The games encourage confidence and allow us to observe the students in a game environment.

 

We have a personal investment in each of our players and care about their individual development.  The annual program provides consistency, camaraderie and a proven record of success with our player’s development.

 


Individual Instruction Sessions

Individual Instruction Sessions are incredibly effective with younger players, less experienced athletes or athletes who are extremely focused on skill development.  These individual sessions are very popular and often serve as a great preparation for entering into the Development Program. Individual sessions are scheduled year – round and can be used in addition to the Development Program or independently.

 


Mini-Camps  (starting March 8th)

We are excited to offer a new way to keep the athletes active with baseball skill builiding and physical training.  Each camp is be four weeks long, with a one or two day per week option.  Each group will have 4-6 players and focus on individual skills development specific to hitting, pitching and physical training.  Sessions are 858 minutes in length. These small group sessions allow for more focused time on skill development and are at a terrific time of year to keep the players active.

 


Team Training Sessions

We will visit teams and guide them through a practice at their field.  These practices yield terrific results and are a great training opportunity for new coaches!


Small Group Training Sessions

Groups of 3-4 players engage in 65 minutes of training specific to hitting or pitching.  These small groups are a great hybrid to individual sessions.
